The role
  • Collaborating with different departments to understand their work processes and requirements.
  • Designing and implementing efficient workflows and procedures to optimise productivity.
  • Assigning tasks and monitoring their progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the workflow and proposing improvements.
  • Coordinating with team members to address any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workflow efficiency.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
  • Training and supporting employees on workflow processes and tools.
  • Supervising Administration team members.
Eligibility

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in scheduling – particularly in industries such as transport, trade or medical
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • Good computer skills and experience in MS Office
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and great communication
  • Self-motivation and good time management
  • Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Enthusiasm for challenges and new initiatives
